After spending 12 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, Matt transitioned into the executive search and recruitment world. With experience managing sensitive foreign intelligence assets in challenging environments, Matt brings a unique skill-set to Keynote Search’s already diverse team. Micheal Burch, Managing Partner of Welch LLP
Micheal joined the Welch LLP team in 1978 after graduating from the University of Ottawa, where he received his Bachelor of Administration degree. He went on to receive his Chartered Account (CA) designation in 1981 and his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation thereafter. Micheal was made a partner at Welch LLP in 1993. In 2008, he took over the role of Ottawa office Managing Partner, a role he continues to fulfill. He is also the Chairman of the firm-wide Executive Committee.
